Lt.Col Alexander, CPP, FlnstLM is the CEO of A.R.M Specialists Ltd, a Risk Management Consulting and Training company. He is a Board Certified Protection Professional for the past 13 years.

After graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he served with the Trinidad & Tobago Defence Force for 18 years and as Manager of Security for Amoco / BP Trinidad & Tobago from 1994 – 2003. He is currently the Commanding Officer of the Defence Force Reserves and is the Cabinet appointed Security Advisor to the Judiciary.

He has considerable experience in conducting facility security assessments and audits and developing security policy and procedures for companies while delivering training programmes for security and business personnel in Security Awareness, Industrial Security and Personal Protection. He is also a trained Root Cause Investigator and recently completed a Certificate Programme in Aviation Safety & Security from the University of Southern California. Prior to graduating from the Executive Leadership programme at Wharton Business School, Lt.Col Alexander was recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management.

He has held the position of Chairman of the Trinidad & Tobago Chapter of ASIS International and Chairman of the Overseas Advisory Council of AMCHAM. He also holds membership in the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA)

In addition to providing training assistance to the National Security agencies, he currently provides consulting and training services to companies in the Banking, Education and Energy and National Security sectors. He has also been engaged by the Organisation of American States to design and deliver specialized security training to law enforcement and security officers from various countries in the Caribbean region.
